The latest in pop-up installations, Studio East Dining, will be opening next week above Westfield Stratford City at the gateway to the 2012 Olympic Park. Open for only three weeks and designed by architects Carmody Groarke, it will provide stunning views of the Olympic Park. Studio East Dining is headed by chef Tom Collins and managed by restaurant group Bistrotheque.
