Here's a great gadget called The Rinser, a toothbrush by Amron that features a tunnel and spout design that redirects the flow of water to provide a fountain when placed under the tap. A great little innovation that saves you sticking your head under the tap!
Looks like it is only available in the US at the moment but you can get it from likecool for $22.
