Alessandro Garlandini and Sebastiano Ercoli designed Lunch Book, a recipe book made of paper plates.The 100% recyclable and compostable dishes won the 1st Prize for lunch box design at Expo 2015 in Milan.
Describing dishes from different countries, the paper plates were used to taste the actual recipes during the exhibition.
