The latest installation by Arne Quinze is Camille and spans the Seine in Rouen. Stretching across the Boieldieu bridge, it divides the city and consists of an entanglement of colourful wooden beams and slats that are meant to 'provoke dialogue and bring people together'. At 120 metres long and 110 tons it is supported by eighteen concrete footings and has been erected for the summer festival Rouen Impressionnée.See more here
